Mac's Tie Downs Double Stud Idler Fitting
Mac's new and improved VersaTie Idler is dramatically better than our old fitting. The old fitting is great when pulled in a straight line; but when pulled off angle, it could get out of shape. Our new design eliminates that issue by keeping the pivot point securely in the proper place.
Just like our other VersaTie Double-Stud Fittings, the new Idler fitting has a breaking strength rating of 5,000 lbs. It pulls the strap down to an inch off the deck of the trailer as the strap runs out from under your fender, wing or splitter.
