The Story

AJK Offroad Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Doors Inserts

AJK Offroad has designed Vented Lower Doors Inserts for the Polaris Xpedition. These lower doors are a 3 pcs design, The outside frame, the hexagon mesh and the back washer plate. The hexagon mesh is able to come in multiple different colors from your selection above.

We designed our Polaris Xpedition Lower Doors to bolt in to your factory doors. With our Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Doors you will need to cut the opening in the factory doors. We have designed these to fit in the center of your lower door and you will just need to cut out the inlay of your door. After you cut the inlay out you will need to drill a couple holes through your factory door and use the supplied hardware and bolt our doors to the factory doors. Our lower doors are CNC laser cut from .0625 thick aluminum and then powder coated black. Our hexagon mesh is also CNC laser cut from .0625 thick aluminum and then powder coated the color of your choice. We powder coat the hexagon mesh a different color than the main frame to make your Xpedition stand out, select option above.

Our Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Door Inserts set your SXS apart from other SXS.

You can select the option for solid back that will block off the vents and keep the heat and AC in the cab. These solid backs are removeable by unbolting them.
